It’s Thanksgiving week!
Every year we have a large Thanksgiving Dinner for the regulars at our hotel and saloon.
Everyone makes their best dish, and those without families have a warm and happy place to go. Of course, we consider ourselves their family, so it is a great time of togetherness for our little community. There is always an obscene amount of food so everyone is sent home with leftovers and we make turkey sandwiches for everyone the next day.
I’m usually on dessert duty, so this year I’ll be making a double batch of Caramel Apple Cheesecake Streusel Bars with Gingersnap Walnut Crust. Yeah the name is long but I take dessert duty extremely seriously! One cannot live on Pumpkin Pie alone. Pumpkin Cheesecake, yes, pie no.
So since I can’t send each of you a Streusel Bar or invite you to our big bash, I thought a post filled with free thanksgiving printables might make up for it.
Have a cozy, fire-lit, magical week my friends.

“Wait, we can not break bread with you. You have taken the land which is rightfully ours. Years from now my people will be forced to live in mobile homes on reservations. Your people will wear cardigans, and drink highballs. We will sell our bracelets by the road sides, and you will play golf, and eat hot h’ors d’ourves. My people will have pain and degradation. Your people will have stick shifts. The gods of my tribe have spoken. They said do not trust the pilgrims, especially Sarah Miller. And for all of these reasons I have decided to scalp you and burn your village to the ground.”
